General Dentist | Permanent Opportunity | Odessa, TX

We’re seeking a General Dentist to join a dental clinic in Odessa, TX, in a full-time, permanent role. This is an opportunity for a dentist with at least one year of experience to take the lead as the clinic’s primary provider, deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, and help build a strong, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, and treatment planning
• Restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Simple and surgical extractions
• Root canal therapy (RCT)
• Dentures and other prosthetic treatments
• Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic aligners
• Emergency dental care

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 8 AM–5 PM
• Permanent position with an ASAP start

Practice & Technology

• Dental clinic serving patients of all ages
• Solo-provider setting with the opportunity to help build the clinical support team
• Support staff will be hired once a dentist is selected
• Equipment includes an intraoral camera, air compressors, sterilization equipment, and a Cavitron
• Credentialing typically takes 1–2 weeks

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain one
