Permanent Long-term GP Associate is needed for a Great Practice in Lockhart, TX for a full-time position
Opportunity Details:
- Days/Shifts: Full-time (5 days a week)
- Compensation: Adjusted production with a bonus structure is offered
- Demographic: The Practice is mostly PPO and Cash with a small percentage of Medi that decreases yearly
The Practice Information:
Established in 2016 with a steady flow of new patients and continuing care. The usual patient flow is 15 - 20 patients per day. The practice is located in a small town with strong community involvement, but with proximity to Austin (about 25 mins to Austin airport). Excellent, high-functioning team with involvement in community events.

At the core, Pair Dental represents over 1200 talented traveling specialists nationally to connect them with GP practices interested in bringing specialty services in-house. Building out your career can be difficult. Even if you own private practice or work for a DSO, many practitioners have available days in their schedule that they’d like to fill, or perhaps interested in a full-time GP Associate position.
We have relationships with some DSO & MSO groups, but mostly select independent FFS/PPO practices all over the country who are looking for providers like you to join their practice(s). Pair Dental is able to open many doors and introduce you to a multitude of quality practices in need of an associate.
