Reason for the opening? Purchasing new office for one position, and the second is to replace a departing Doctor

Facility description(s):
• Leavenworth and Prairie Village are both 2500 sq ft. 6 operatory chairs and 2 TC rooms.
• Raytown has 7 operatory chairs and 2 TC rooms.
• Plaza has 5 operatory chairs and 1 TC room
Work schedule (Monday-Friday?): Staggered days per week. Schedule is 8-5 Mon-Thurs. and 8-4 on Fri. 1-2 lunch Leavenworth, Plaza and Prairie Village are typically 2 days per week. Raytown is 2-3, but when 3 days, Prairie Village is only open 1.
Call required/Call schedule?: None
Average number of patients per shift/volume: 50 patients
Required procedures: Communication! Equilibration/enameloplasty, IPR with diamond and high speed. Completing Invisalign Clinchecks in a timely manner.
Special equipment (if applicable): iTero scan for every new patient with simulation.
Additional pertinent clinical information: Assistants/”Patient Managers” are highly trained and certified to place braces and attachments along with glue removal.
Required certifications/licenses (Medicaid/Medicare required?): KS and MO Dental and specialty licenses. No Medicaid required.
Support staff: 1 Front Desk, 4-6 clinical “Patient Managers,” 1-2 Treatment Coordinators.
EMR system: Cloud9 Ortho
What does total compensation look like for this role? Base salary range: 270,000-300,000+
o Production incentives: Annual start goals are set together, and any start per quarter over that baseline goal triggers a $350 per start bonus.
o Partnership: Buy in opportunity available. 4 other associate Drs. have bought in at various amounts.
o Signing bonus: $10,000-$20,000 depending on candidate and optional retention bonus
o Relocation assistance: negotiable with signing bonus
o Benefits, retirement, PTO: Offer both IC and employee options. If employee, see benefits package. If IC, paid an additional $100 per day but benefits are handled by candidate. ICs have the ability to have Health Insurance at our negotiated rates but manage payments on own.
o Annual earnings potential? $300,000-$350,000
