Permanent Associate Roles | Partnership Available | $300K–$350K Earning Potential

We are seeking two Orthodontists to join a growing, multi-location orthodontic group in the Kansas City metro area. One position is tied to the acquisition of a new office, and the second will replace a departing doctor. These roles offer strong clinical support, competitive compensation, and a clear path to partnership.

Opportunity 1

• Leavenworth, KS. 2115 S 4th St, Office #13
• Kansas City, MO. 4417 Bellview Ave

Opportunity 2

• Prairie Village, KS. 4026 W 83rd Street
• Raytown, MO. 10760 E State Route 350

Practice Overview

• Leavenworth and Prairie Village. 2,500 sq ft, 6 operatories, 2 treatment coordinator rooms
• Raytown. 7 operatories, 2 treatment coordinator rooms
• Plaza location. 5 operatories, 1 treatment coordinator room
• Average volume. Approximately 50 patients per day
• EMR. Cloud9 Ortho
• Technology. iTero scan with simulation for every new patient

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday. 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Staggered schedule across locations
• Typically 2 days per week at Leavenworth, Plaza, and Prairie Village
• Raytown operates 2–3 days per week depending on coverage
• No call requirements

Clinical Scope

• Invisalign treatment planning and timely ClinCheck completion
• Interproximal reduction using diamond and high-speed instrumentation
• Enameloplasty and equilibration
• Strong emphasis on patient communication and case presentation
• Highly trained Patient Managers assist with braces, attachments, and glue removal

Support Staff

• 1 Front Desk Coordinator
• 4–6 Clinical Patient Managers
• 1–2 Treatment Coordinators

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary. $270,000–$300,000+
• Annual earning potential. $300,000–$350,000
• Production incentives. $350 bonus per start above quarterly baseline goals
• Signing bonus. $10,000–$20,000 depending on candidate
• Optional retention bonus
• Relocation assistance. Negotiable
• Partnership opportunity available. Multiple associates have already bought in
• Employment options. W2 employee or Independent Contractor
  • ICs receive an additional $100 per day
  • ICs may access group health insurance rates while managing payments independently

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Orthodontic specialty certification
• Active Kansas and Missouri dental and specialty licenses, or ability to obtain
• Board-eligible candidates accepted
• New graduates welcome
• J1 and H1 visa candidates accepted
