Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Orthodontist for a 3-month assignment with a well-established Dental Service Organization (DSO) in Maryland. This is a great opportunity for a provider looking for a flexible 2-day-per-week schedule in a solo-provider practice with strong patient volume.
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Length of Assignment: 3 months
Schedule: 2 days per week | Flexible 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Patient Volume:
- 35–45 patients per office (goal of 50)
- Average of 3–4 new case starts per provider, per day
Procedures:
- 80% Traditional Braces
- 20% Clear Aligners
Setting: Dental Clinic – DSO
EMR: Dolphin Software
License Needed: Orthodontist (DDS/DMD)
Certifications: DEA, BLS
Details:
- Minimum of 3 years of Orthodontic experience required
- Solo provider office
- 4 treatment chairs and 1 consultation room
- Accepts all major insurance plans, including Medicaid
- Excellent opportunity to step into an established, high-volume practice with a flexible schedule
