What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered orthodontic care, diagnosing and treating conditions using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances
• Create customized treatment plans focused on exceptional outcomes and educate patients and families throughout treatment
• Collaborate with a highly trained orthodontic support team, including 5 DAs, a treatment coordinator, and an office manager
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program
• Partnership and ownership
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Annual earnings potential: $300k+

• Production incentives:
  • 90 day guarantee + net production % of collections
• Partnership Opportunity: Yes
• Signing bonus/ Relocation bonus: $5k
