About Us

Founded in 2010, Issa Pediatric Dental is a private, family-owned specialty group led by Dr. Camille and her father Jim, serving families across three thriving locations in Seneca, Clemson, and Powdersville, SC. As the first specialty pediatric practice in the region, we’ve grown to include five dentists and offer a full range of pediatric and orthodontic services, delivering over 55,000 patient appointments per year.

We are proud to serve a diverse community, treating children from birth through adolescence, including patients with special needs and complex cases. Our practice is built around access, quality, and compassion—where patient relationships come first, and our team works collaboratively to make dental care a positive experience for every child.

Now Hiring: Pediatric Dentist (Seneca, Clemson or Powdersville)

Locations: Seneca, Clemson, or Powdersville, SC

Schedule: Full-time or 4-4.5 days/week (M–Th 7:45a–5p, Fri 7:45a–1p)

Patient Volume: 30–40 patients/day

Support: Full clinical support team, hygienists, and in-house expanded duty dental assistants

Case Types:

• Comprehensive pediatric dental care
• Conscious sedation and nitrous oxide
• Frenectomies (infants), special needs care
• OR privileges available for surgical cases
• Sedation cases supported by in-house anesthesiology team in Clemson
• Preventive, restorative, and interceptive orthodontics (in collaboration with ortho)

What We’re Looking For:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist
• New grads welcome; mentorship and support available
• Passion for pediatric care and patient education
• Team-first mindset and a desire to grow with a long-term group

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary (starting at $150K for new grads)
• % of net production (currently 34–36%)
• Earning potential $350K–$450K+
• Hired last experienced dentist with base of $350k
• 401(k), employer profit sharing, malpractice insurance, CE allowance, and covered dues
• Relocation assistance available

Group benefits: Benefits begin to go into effect after the 90-day introductory period.

Profit sharing

Hours of work: Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm or when day is finished.

Friday: 7:45am-1:00pm or when the day is finished.

Vacation:

o 0-5 years of service, 10 days of PTO.

o 6 years of service, employees are eligible each year for 1 additional day of PTO up to year 10.

o 10 years of service, employees are eligible for 15 days of PTO.
