Synergy Orthodontists
Typical Compensation: Per diem ($1,250 - $2,000) + bonus for each new case start and finish
Insurance Credentialing: We’re looking for Orthodontists who are not particular about being In-network with the plans.
Procedures Performed: GP expected to refer all ortho cases in the practice, including clear aligners, conventional braces, and appliances.
Equipment: The practice is responsible for purchasing all the orthodontic supplies and instrument as well as providing the orthodontic assistant. Synergy is available to source an assistant or purchasing supplies, please let us know. We have fantastic relationships with distributors and manufacturers. All practices have a CT/CEPH on premise.
