About the Company:

Synergy Specialists represents over 500 talented specialists nationally to connect them with GP practices interested in bringing specialty services in-house. Building out your career can be difficult. Even if you own a private practice or work for a DSO, many specialists have available days in their schedule that they’d like to fill.

We have relationships with independent FFS/PPO practices all over the country who are looking for specialty providers like you to help improve patient care. We get paid through the Specialists generally on a split of adjusted production vs greater of $1500 Per Diems, with the practice and generally produce $6000-12,000 depending on a variety of factors. Our goal is to establish a nationwide network of “Surgical Prosthodontics” to serve Independent general dental offices. As our matching services are complementary to the owner dentist, we offer them a wide variety of products and services to optimize the overall productivity of the match.

How it Works:

You will have the opportunity to meet and select practices that you’d like to work with. We’ll continue to support the relationship by managing treatment days, setting payment terms, and billing the practice on your behalf. Additionally we would introduce several individual vendors focused on full arch development from marketing to securing a large discount from all the major implant companies. Synergy Specialists also provides credentialing, fee negotiations, supplies procurement, team training, sourcing specialty assistants, and specialty billing services to minimize errors by the practice, and increase your efficiency.
