Pair Dental is looking for talented Prosthodontist specialists.
Pair Dental attracts many practices who desire to start treating their practice patients for Full Arch cases. Some already doing some of their own limited straight forward implant cases, and would like a surgical prosthodontist to come in and help with the more challenging cases. Others don't place any implants at all and desire an "implant specialist". We have a large variety of types of practices in need of a surgical prosthodontist predominantly, and a few in need of a restorative prosthodontist.
We represent over 500 talented traveling specialists nationally to connect them with GP practices interested in bringing specialty services in-house. Building out your career is challenging. Even if you own a private practice or work for a DSO, many specialists have available days in their schedule that they’d like to fill.

Pair Dental has relationships with independent FFS/PPO practices all over the country who are looking for specialty providers like you to help improve patient care. Specialists generally get paid on a 50/50 split of adjusted production with the practice and typically produce $6,000 - $12,000 depending on a variety of factors.

**How it work**s: After you’ve had a chance to meet and select some practices you’d like to work with, we’ll continue to support the relationship by managing treatment days, setting payment terms, and billing the practice on your behalf. Pair Dental also provides credentialing, supplies procurement, team training, sourcing specialty assistants, and specialty billing services to minimize errors and increase your efficiency.
